Newborn and parent care & wellbeing program
A Totter specialized in newborns is with your baby 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. You choose the days and the schedule when the program starts.
You meet your Totter on a video call before you start, and you have up to 3 profile changes at no cost.
We get it
When you go back to work you want your baby to stay in the best hands, and you want the peace of mind of knowing they are well cared for, attended to and treated with warmth and professionalism.
Here we answer the questions we hear most.
Will she understand my baby's routine?
Before we start we build your Family Profile: your baby's sleep, their feeds, how you change a diaper and everything you already know works. Your Totter reads it in full before day one and works from there.
What about breastfeeding?
Your Totter follows your breastfeeding or bottle routines and sterilizes bottles and utensils, so the rhythm you built doesn't break.
What if something happens?
There is a written emergency protocol: your baby's safety first, then calling emergency services, then calling you. The maneuvers are the ones that match your baby's age, and your authorization is signed from the start.
How do I hear about their day?
You talk directly with your Totter on WhatsApp day to day, and you can ask for written follow-up reports every month.
What if my Totter is out or gets sick?
You are never left without coverage: we send a substitute, make up the hours or refund them. And we handle everything else so you only have to think about your baby.
What if my Totter isn't the right fit?
You meet your Totter on a video call before you start, and you have up to 3 profile changes at no cost. If she isn't the one, we find you another.
Who will care for your baby
Every baby has one assigned Totter, and she matches one of these four profiles. Tell us which one appeals to you most; on the video call we decide together which is best for your baby.
Tap the one you prefer. We include it in your message so we arrive at the video call already prepared.
Your week
When the program starts you set the days and the schedule that work best for your job and your baby's routine. Try it here: that way we arrive at the video call with your week ready.
1. Choose your 5 days
2. Choose what time your day starts
Your ideal week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
8:00 am to 4:00 pm
40 hours of care a week with your specialized Totter. When the program starts we confirm your days and your schedule.
What's included
Your specialized Totter covers your baby's daily care, and behind her stands the Totters team.
To get started
Opening Fee
USD 300
Paid once, at the start. It reserves your Totter and activates the whole process.
What it includes
We focus on your baby: the service does not include deep cleaning or general housecleaning.
Your guarantees
We don't promise perfection: ten years in this work taught us that the unexpected happens. What we do give you are clear protocols and processes to prevent it, and to respond fast when something does happen, so the impact on your family is as small as possible.
You meet your Totter before you start
You meet her through a video introduction, and you can ask for a Zoom call to talk in depth and clear up every question.
Profile changes at no cost
If it isn't the right fit, you get up to 2 more introductions before you start, and once the service has begun, up to 3 profile changes at no extra cost.
Full vetting
Case-based interviews, verification of documents and certifications, an assessment of honesty, reliability, attitude, integrity and work stability, and a background check.
Coverage if your Totter is out
We send a substitute, make up the hours or refund them. Your Totter gives advance notice of any absence.
Everything in writing
A contract signed by both parties with your schedule, rates, emergency protocol, boundaries and confidentiality.
First aid and CPR
If your Totter isn't certified yet, we certify her officially during her first 2 months with you, in a course that covers newborns and children.
If you need a break
On the 6-month plan (24 weeks) you can freeze your program at no cost. Here's how your freeze days work.
I'm going on vacation
You freeze those days. They aren't charged and your Totter doesn't come.
I get sick, or my baby does
You freeze as many days as you need. They aren't charged and your Totter doesn't come.
I don't need the service for a few days
You freeze those too. You don't pay for them.
How your freeze days work
An example: one week of vacation
That week is 5 sessions, and they come out of your 10 freeze days. You still have 5 left in case you need them later.
Outside your freeze days, days you don't use, for whatever reason, are not made up or refunded. That's how your Totter and your baby keep their rhythm.
Your investment
Both options include 5 days a week, 8 hours a day — 40 hours of care a week with the same specialized Totter. They are billed as a recurring charge to your credit card every 4 weeks. One month equals 4 weeks.
